Please note

  1. Monthly payment plans are available only for in-person purchases at our workshop.
  2. Refunds for credit purchases must be requested within 14 days of purchase and are only granted if the customer's remaining credit balance equals or exceeds the number of credits in the purchase being refunded.
  3. Credits expire within one year of purchase unless used.
  4. Sessions have a duration of 50 minutes each.
  5. Bookings are subject to available time slots and room capacity.
  6. Project materials are provided for use during each session and must be returned at the end. Customers who wish to keep the materials may do so by redeeming additional credits on a per-project basis.
  7. You can purchase starter kits, project kits, and the same tools used in our electronics sessions directly at the workshop.
  8. You will be required to create a party before booking. This will be a one-time configuration.
  9. When booking, you will choose which members of your party will attend the session and indicate who will need their own kit.
  10. Each attendee building their own project costs one credit. Accompanying attendees sharing a kit can attend at no additional credit cost.
  11. For safety and the best experience, all children under 10 — and any child who may need extra help — should be accompanied by an adult during their time in the workshop.
